4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Service Areas: We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India using reputed third-party courier partners.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Address Errors: We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Return Window: Eligible items may be returned or reported for replacement within 5 to 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof (e.g., unboxing video).

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (or via bank transfer/UPI for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
